Serviced apartment specialist Mysa has launched a new AI-powered platform to unify various components of corporate accommodation management into “a single, intelligent ecosystem”.
The platform, which is built upon Mysa’s Myo online booking tool, includes both procurement and programme management tools, with automated analysis that provides recommendations for an upcoming hotel or extended stay sourcing exercise, known as OptimiseIQ.
There's also an integrated RFP management solution (known as SourceIQ), and a compliance engine (VerifyIQ) that delivers “evidence-basked” property risk assessments to support safety and security compliance.
Mysa’s ‘Build’ tool, which allows corporates to “build-your-own” serviced accommodation programme by enabling direct connectivity with property operators, has also been added to the AI platform and renamed to StayIQ.
“Accommodation is a critical part of any travel programme – but the systems used to manage it are often fragmented, manual and reactive,” said Mysa founder and CEO, Gary Hurst.
Hurst added that the tool sets the stage for “more transparent” collaboration between buyers and accommodation providers, particularly during the RFP process.
“We built this platform to give every stakeholder – from buyers to hotels, to consultants – greater control, clarity and confidence,” he said.
Hurst said the launch of the platform marks a “pivot” for the company, which now provides technology to support comprehensive accommodation programmes that encompass both hotels and serviced apartments.
