Tech companies Travelport and Atriis have agreed a new content agreement allowing Atriis’ corporate and TMC clients to access Travelport’s NDC-based fares.
The expanded “multi-source” agreement between the two firms allows Atriis’ customers to make bookings and service NDC content from the Travelport+ platform.
The new agreement also gives Atriis’ clients access to a wider range of Travelport content, including low-cost airlines (LCCs), hotels and car rental, as well as NDC.
Omri Amsalem, chief operating officer and co-founder at Atriis, said: “This collaboration ensures that NDC, LCC and multi-source content are easily accessible to our clients, allowing them to concentrate on selecting the best options and delivering exceptional service to corporate travellers.”
In a statement, the companies said that Travelport’s “retail-ready” NDC content was now live in Atriis’ global travel platform.
Jason Toothman, Travelport’s chief commercial officer - agency, added: “TMCs and corporate travel managers need the ability to search and compare NDC offers alongside traditional content all in one place.
“By integrating multi-source content from Travelport+, Atriis is enriching the user experience for our shared customers and ensuring that agents can book the best options based on the specific needs of corporate travellers.”
Israel-based Atriis has already struck similar expanded NDC content deals with Travelport’s major rivals Amadeus and Sabre.
